Delivery Information

Our delivery process is quite unique. So we understand that you may have some questions about it and how we do things. Our aim is to make things as simple and easy to use as possible, so hopefully we have answered your questions in this FAQ section.

We offer two main delivery options:

ASAP: Delivery made as soon as possible after purchase. This is usually within an hour, often sooner, but sometimes slightly longer during busy periods. Our app will always provide an up to date delivery ETA.

Scheduled: If you would like to schedule your delivery for a set time, then you can do so. We will always try our best to arrive at the time requested, but sometimes we may be slightly early, or slightly late. We will always contact you if this is the case and we will never leave. If there is no one available to receive the order, we will allow a maximum of 10 minutes after the stated time before rescheduling your delivery.

If you need to return an item then you can either contact us below, or use the live chat in our mobile apps or online store to chat with us. In most cases for purchases made via Deliverbuzz, refunds must also be processed via Deliverbuzz. If you attempt to return an item to the store yourself, they may only offer an exchange.

Some partner stores offer same-day returns, and exchanges, collected from your location. Contact us to find out if this is available for your order.

If you are no longer able to accept your delivery for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements. If your courier has already collected your order, they will attempt delivery unless informed not to.

As soon as your order has been collected by your courier, you can track it live using the app, and this will provide an ETA for your order.

If any items are faulty or missing then please contact us immediately. We take great pride in ensuring the order is in the condition described and there in full but we understand that mistakes happen. You may be required to sign for your order on arrival.

Please be aware that all goods are careful inspected before delivery and their condition is recorded by video. Our couriers are highly trained and will always be aware of any fragile goods. Our couriers may also use personal cameras for safety and security reasons.

Returns Information

You have 28 days from the original purchase to return or exchange an item as per your statutory rights. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your return and then 14 days following to complete the return.

Please contact us to request a return, or if you can return it to the original retailer if you have a receipt for the store. If you have a receipt from Deliverbuzz, then you must return the item to us.

 Some partnered stores offer returns and exchanges via DeliverBuzz, you can contact us, or the store to find out if this is available.

The cost of delivery is non-refundable.
