How Does It Work?

1. Enter your address to see what stores are available for delivery to your location.

Type your address to see what stores are available for delivery or collection in your area, or click the location marker button to the right hand side and it will automatically locate you.

When the address is correct, hit the ‘Search Now’ button to see what shops and supermarkets are available for delivery.

2. Select a Store to browse available products.

You’ll now be able to see what stores are available for delivery in your area. Simply select the one you’d like to order from by clicking on the logo of that store. 

So if you’d like to order products from Tesco, click on the Tesco logo and you’ll then be taken to the Tesco store page, where you’ll be able to see all of the categories and products available for same-day delivery.

3. Browse products and add them to your shopping basket.

Now that you’ve selected a store, you’ll be able to see the product categories for that store. To see sub-categories and search for products, click on one of the categories. Scroll down to see more categories as shown in the two pictures on the right.

You can either browse products by clicking each category, or if you already know what you want, search the product name in the ‘Search Products’ section.  

When you find a product you’d like to add to your order, click the green + icon next to it to add it to your basket. If you’d like more than one, simply press the add button again.

4. Finish your order.

When you’re happy with your order and you’ve added everything you’d like to your basket, click on the purple bar at the bottom that says ‘Items in Cart’.

This will take you to the checkout process where you can select your delivery time and date and make sure your delivery address details are correct.

5. Place your order.

If this is your first time ordering, you’ll have to register an account first. If you’re a regular user, you’ll just have to sign in. After that, you’ll reach the checkout page which will look like the first image on the right.

Check that your delivery address is correct, if it’s not then click ‘Add Address’ to add the correct one. When the correct address is showing, click the purple button that says ‘Deliver Here’.

Now you can scroll down to the bottom of the page where you’ll be able to see the order total, add special instructions for the courier or shop and the button that says ‘Proceed to Payment’.

Click the ‘Proceed to Payment’ button to reach the final page, where you’ll be able to select your payment option of card, PayPal or Wallet. When you’ve selected the payment option, click on ‘Pay’ button to complete your order!

Yay! Now you've placed your order!

Your order will now be placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Now you can put your feet up, relax and wait for your order to arrive at your chosen time, or in less than 60 minutes! 

You can track your order live in real time by visiting the ‘My Orders’ section of the website or app and clicking on your pending orders. Enjoy your order!

Put simply, we connect local stores to local customers by sending your order to the nearest courier. The courier collects your order from the pickup store and delivers it to you. It’s as easy as choosing a store, adding products to your basket and hitting the big purple order button.

Put your feet up, order from your phone or laptop and receive your order in less than 60 minutes.

You can place an order online, using our mobile app, or by calling us.

Mobile App: We have a mobile app available on both iOS and Android for a better mobile ordering experience on the go, Download it from either app store by searching for ‘DeliverBuzz’. You’ll see our yellow and purple logo on our App! To order using the app, the instructions on this page will guide you through the process.

Phone: We know that the online ordering process can be confusing, or maybe you’d rather speak to a member of our team in person. So to place an order over the phone, you can call us on 020 3920 9055 anytime between 10am – 8pm Monday – Friday, or between 11pm-5pm on Saturdays. 

You can order anything that’s available from the stores product lists. There’s 1000s of products available in each store, but if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you can place a custom order or send us a message to request items that aren’t on the list.

If you need something from a different store, send us a message or custom order request and we’ll process that for you. If it can be found in your area, our couriers can deliver it!

When you reach the link above, enter your address or postcode, you’ll either then see a list of shops and supermarkets available in your area, or you’ll see a message that says we’re not available in your area just yet. Don’t worry if we’re not in your area just yet, we’re expanding fast!

The delivery charge depends on the store you order from as it may vary depending on the distance you are from the store chosen.

On average, the delivery charge is around £2.00 – £3.50 depending on the distance. We also have offers to get half price delivery on orders above £50 and free delivery on orders over £100.

For some stores, the delivery charge may be higher for heavy or expensive items.

When you place your order, you will have the choice of selecting a scheduled time slot or simply ordering for ASAP delivery. 

Scheduled deliveries will arrive within your specified time slot.

For ASAP deliveries, we aim to deliver your order to your door in under 60 minutes. In most cases, it is even less than that, it depends on your location and the level of business in your area.

In some very rare cases, the courier may get delayed by queues or missing items, in which case you will be notified of the delay.

During such difficult times, our dedicated couriers and other team members have been working non-stop to deliver the items we all need such as groceries and other essentials, helping keep us all safe.

We’ve taken extra precautions to keep us all even safer. Our couriers regularly wash their hand and only ever work on their own and/or working adhering to social distancing guidelines.

To help reduce contact and adhere to social distancing, we will not be accepting cash payments. All payments will be completed online prior to the delivery, to keep our deliveries contact free.

When the courier arrives at your address to deliver your order, they will place the order at your doorstep, knock the door and then step as far back as possible so that you can safely collect the order. If you require extra assistance with your order, please let us know in advance.
